  • 1. I bought a mobile phone but I need to download some apps, can you do that?

    We currently do not download apps.

  • 2. Do you provide maintenance?

    Yes we do.

  • 3. What is your exchange policy?

    We will exchange items that are faulty upon inspection. However, items that are faulty to misuse or mishandling by the client, will not be exchanged. We will exchange items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging if the client wished to upgrade or cancel the order but the delivery charge will be deducted from the value of the item.

  • 4. What is your order cancellation policy?

    Orders that get cancelled on the same day of ordering are refunded. Orders that get cancelled after the item gets dispatched or upon delivery (without opening the package), will be charged a 5 KD delivery charge.

  • 5. The item I bought is not working as it should. How can I replace/exchange/refund?

    Please contact our customer service and we will repair or replace according to our exchange and refund policy.

  • 6. I ordered some items that need installation. Do you do that service for free?

    Installation of electronics such as TVs and sound system is free.

  • 7. I really need the item that I ordered now. Is it possible to pick it up from your shop?

    If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will have it ready for pick up in our showroom.

  • 8. What is the delivery/shipping charge?

    All delivery & shipping charges will be automatically calculated upon checking out. We deliver for free inside Kuwait for orders above 50 KD.

  • 9. I have questions regarding an item. Can I call to get answers?

    Please do not hesitate to email us or call us with your questions. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

  • 10. Is there a warrantee on the electronics that I buy from www.0ptionz.com?

    Items that are under warrantee will have the warrantee card with the item when delivered. All information regarding warrantee will be mentioned in the item description. If you have any queries regarding the warrantee of a certain item, please contact us.

  • 11. Do you ship outside Kuwait?

    Yes. If your country is showing in the drop down menu, we will ship to your country. For other countries, please email our customer service.

  • 12. Can I choose the time and day of the delivery?

    Please contact us for any delivery related queries. Our delivery team will call you before coming to deliver; you can coordinate with them for the delivery time.

  • 13. I am ordering as a gift. Can you give special wrapping?

    We currently do not provide this service.

  • 14. Can I change my profile?

    Yes. You can log into and change your profile information.

  • 15. If I order more than one piece from the same item, do I get a discount?

    Our prices are fixed. For wholesale clients or bulk orders please contact us before you place an order online.

  • 16. I ordered but changed my mind before delivery. How can I cancel?

    Please contact our customer service immediately before orders get dispatched.

  • 17. Can I pay when I receive the order?

    Payment is made while you checkout in the website.

  • 18. Is it safe to use my credit card or Knet for shopping on your website?

    Our website is secure. You can use your credit card or Knet to place an order through our website.

  • 19. Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

    You can contact our customer service for any issues related to delivery.

  • 20. Do I have to register to be able to place an order?

    Yes. We have a very simple process for registeration, it will not take more than a minute.
